4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
Your information is shared only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
- Within the Community: Your profile, display name, and posted content are visible to other approved members. Certain administrative information (role, lineage, consecration status) may be visible to keyholders, priests, and moderators in the course of their duties.

5. Live Meetings & Video
Live meetings (Oblation Line, Live Classes, interviews, marriage councils, and consecration interviews) are conducted via Jitsi-as-a-Service (JaaS). Your display name, audio, and video are transmitted to Jitsi to enable real-time communication. Meeting display names follow the format: Rank + Known As + Username. You may be recorded or broadcast (via vMix) for certain live class and event streams. Participating in a live meeting constitutes your consent to these practices.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Membership applications, marriage records, and consecration records may be retained indefinitely as part of the community's historical and spiritual archive. You may request deletion of certain profile data by contacting support.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, role-based access controls, and row-level security on all member data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from unaccompanied minors. If you believe a minor has provided information without consent, please contact support.
