Feasts of the 1st Month Event Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms By registering for and participating in this event organized by House of Wisdom, inc. ("HOW"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund (if applicable). 2. Eligibility Participation is open to all individuals unless otherwise specified. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or provide written consent for participation. 3. Registration & Fees If the event requires registration and/or a fee, participants must complete the process before the deadline. Fees, if applicable, are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by HOW. 4. Conduct & Behavior Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with Biblical Statutes and HOW Rules & Regulations. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior may lead to immediate dismissal from the event. 5. Liability Waiver By participating, you acknowledge that HOW, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Participants assume all risks associated with attending the event. 6. Health & Safety Participants should inform HOW of any medical conditions or special needs in advance. In case of a medical emergency, HOW may seek necessary medical attention for a participant, and the participant (or their guardian) agrees to cover any associated costs. 7. Media Release By attending, you grant permission for HOW to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of the event for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not consent, you must notify the Church in writing before the event. 8. Cancellations & Changes HOOW reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible. 9. Personal Belongings HOW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Participants are encouraged to take necessary precautions to secure their belongings. 10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from participation in the event will be resolved amicably in accordance with Biblical Statutes. If further resolution is required, the matter will be handled by the HOW Royal Priesthood. 11.
